SHIPPING POLICY

1. At SHREE, we ensure timely delivery of product to the customer & we use services of reputed courier partners like Xpressbees, Delhivery, Fedex, Bluedart etc..

2. Your orders will be dispatched within 3 working days, the products will reach you in 7-14 working days within India.

3. Delivery of product will be attempted on business days only (Saturday, Sunday & national holidays excluded)

In case your order gets delayed due to any Natural calamity like – Floods, Hurricanes, Earthquakes, Tsunami, Bad weather Or other unavoidable circumstances like— Flight delays, Political Disruptions, Curfew, Riots etc., we will inform you through Email & SMS. So kindly give correct Email- ID & Contact no. while placing an order.

Return & Exchange Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

What Can Be Returned?
Products must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags/pins/labels intact
  • Returned with proper packaging

Items without labels or opened seal will not be accepted.

PROCESS & CHARGES

Refund or Exchange Process:

  • First, send us photos of the product with the label/tag clearly visible
  • Our team will review it within 24-48 hours
  • If approved, our courier partner will pick up the product
  • Once we receive and inspect it, your refund or exchange will be processed

Return Charges:

  • A flat ₹50 return pickup charge applies (deducted from refund)
  • COD orders are refunded via bank transfer only

Exchange:
Want a different size or product?

  • We'll process your exchange request once your original item is received
  • Exchange depends on stock availability
